For the past few weeks I’ve been trying to loose a few extra pounds before I have to go on my vacation.
I picked up a bathroom scale a while ago and started to track my weight. Initially I was just trying to loose weight by hoping that I would. That never worked too well. I started reading about it and found that a lot of fitness people subscribe to the idea that it’s better to eat more smaller meals. The idea is that you keep your metabolism steady throughout the day, and manage the feeling of hunger so that you’re less likely to want to eat an entire pizza. I’ve been trying out this eating plan for the last few days, and found that it works. When lunch comes around I don’t feel like eating much even though I’ve only had a few handfuls of mixed nuts throughout the morning. I’m hoping to see the results of this soon.
