Plans for the week

This week is the last week before the trip to Calgary and the 10K run.
It’s my last chance to get in shape for the run so I’m going to push myself hard this week.  I can run 2K without getting too tired but shortly after that my calves start to really seize up.  It’s been keeping me from getting to farther distances.  Tonight, Wednesday and Thursday I’m dedicating 2 hours to exercise, and I’m going to run for at least 1 hour then do some core strength, and flexability workouts.  I’m on a strict and aggressive diet this week to help lean out before the race.
First thing Friday morning we’re getting on the plane to Calgary.
