Sooner rather than Later

I did, in the end, spend the money for that online marketing course. The course starts on April 7 and runs for 5 weeks.

It was an investment in my future, and the future of my business.

I recently read a book called Mastery. It’s a book that I’ve actually wanted to read for about 5 years, but have never been able to find it. I was finally able to find a copy at the public library. This book is about what it takes to get and stay on the path of mastery. The two take aways for me were the importance of enjoying practice and finding a good teacher.

The thing is that I don’t want to work for someone else. The more I think about it the more I find it hard to accept building assets for a company that I don’t have at least partial ownership of.

Tomorrow I was going to record the first video of my set to go into a product. Instead I’m going to take a step back and try to confirm that the market wants something like what I’m working on. So I’m going to finally get my aweber (email autoresponder) account setup and setup a page with a question box and email collection form, then launch a Google AdWords campaign to get some traffic.

The most important thing an internet company has is its email list.
