Heather and I are training again for a half marathon on June 22nd. 21Km is a pretty significant distance to run so we’re doing some fairly aggressive training to get in shape. Today we ran 10Km and over the next week we’ll be running a total of 27Km. The plan is to work up to a long run of 17Km by mid June, and then scale back before our first half marathon.
We’re going to get in good enough shape to do a full marathon (42.2Km of running) by next spring.
