Signed up for more races to help drive the training schedule for the winter.
We’ll be running the first half marathon of the year in 2009 which takes place in February… going to be cold. In order to race in that one we’ll have to run through the winter and continue to build endurance and do speed work.
I’m still on the fence about doing the BMO half marathon late in the spring before doing the Seattle Marathon in the summer.
there’s a running schedule on the fridge now that we’re going to have to stick to which will get us up to running 50Km per week. And we’ll have to extend that to 70Km+ per week as we train up for the full marathon.
I’m so excited.
