Over the weekend we managed to keep our training going.
Saturday we did two hours of snowshoeing, and on Sunday we did two hours of running. Sunday’s run is the long slow run and we managed to cover about 14Km.
Monday was a day off to recover.
Today we’re doing a 6Km tempo run. This is the fast run where we try to improve our pace, and teach the body to burn lactic acid efficiently.
I’m still doing my core strength workouts.
