Yesterday we did a 6Km run at a fast pace (close to 10K race pace), 50 sit-ups and 20 push-ups. The fast pace was really good. It actually felt like I was working out rather than just going for a casual run.
Tonight we’re doing 10Km at a slightly slower pace than yesterday(but still fast), 50 sit-ups and 20 push-ups.
I’m finding the sit-ups are making a big difference. And I might add 4 sets of 45 second side planks to the routine for some additional core strength.
