New Years Resolutions

The new year is here and it marks the beginning of a new decade.

10 years ago I was finishing high school and starting university. A lot has happened in the last 10 years and I expect a lot will happen over the next 10.

Looking forward just the next 12 months though I have two goals.

  1. Change my diet to be no more than 100g of carbohydrates per day. To do that I’m going to be specifically avoiding all flour, sugar, rice and potatoes.
  2. Spend more time off the computer and doing some more hands on projects.  I want to plan some motorcycle trips, and find some things to build.   Make sure that time on the computer is productive.
