The new year is here and it marks the beginning of a new decade.
10 years ago I was finishing high school and starting university. A lot has happened in the last 10 years and I expect a lot will happen over the next 10.
Looking forward just the next 12 months though I have two goals.
- Change my diet to be no more than 100g of carbohydrates per day. To do that I’m going to be specifically avoiding all flour, sugar, rice and potatoes.
- Spend more time off the computer and doing some more hands on projects. I want to plan some motorcycle trips, and find some things to build. Make sure that time on the computer is productive.
