Tim Ferriss’s new book The Four Hour Body is one that I pre-ordered a couple months ago the moment I heard about it. It was delivered to my Kindle the moment it was released at 1am on Tuesday morning.
It’s a bigger book than I thought it would be and it’s stuffed with some pretty incredible body hacks which makes for an interesting read. Tim has tested all sorts of concoctions of drugs and diets on himself and kept a rediculous diary of every workout he’s done since he was 18.
So far I’ve gotten through the weight loss section of the book and came away with a couple of ideas I want to try out.

Of what I have read so far it’s very interesting and well worth checking out.
