Wheat Beer Brewing

Over the weekend we started yet another batch of home made beer. This time it’s a Wheat Beer.

It’s amazing how quickly beer disappears from the fridge. since it’s easy to have a pint each every night which works out to 2 bottles/day and means that it’s all gone in just 15 days.

I’m finding beer brewing much more enjoyable than wine. The process is simpler and the result is delicious.

The next one will be a stout.
