Handstand Challenge

handstandFor the month of June I’m going to attempt to learn how to do a handstand and hopefully work up to a handstand push-up and walking.

I found an online course that goes through a training routine to work up to the handstand which is different from the way I remember trying to do them when I was a kid.  The new approach is to use a wall for assistance by lying face down with feet to the wall and walking your feet up the wall and hands towards the wall until vertical.

Every day I will be increasing the amount of time on my hands and then gradually work on balancing without the wall.
